I need to occasionally write a best-of post. I'm always enountering great recipes, but then I forget where I found them. Doing a post like this will be a little post-it note reminder to myself.
I enjoyed your commentary on the beer industry. Free State Brewery here in Lawrence will start to bottle their beer in the near future, but I don't know if they'll tap into the Colorado market.
