Thanks for sharing those interesting articles.
I have never bought those fruit roll ups. They are so unappetizing. Loved the meditation article and the one about sustainable food. Makes you think. And yes, good food is probably not cheap. I rather eat less than cheap.

I'll say one positive thing about fruit leather: if you're an endurance athlete or backpacker, a fifty cent fruit leather makes more sense than those $1.99 power-gel-gu things, and they work the same.
